After checking several spots in Germany, the deal for 2009 is done. We got the confirmation for a really dope spot in Halle/Saale, 100km down south of Berlin. You might remember Write4Gold East Germany 2006 in Halle South, but this year we change the venue to Halle Neustadt, an infamous neighboorhood in East Germany. As soon as we receive more info from our local support team in Halle, we will let you know more. We are really looking forward to celebrate the Write4Gold Germany 2009 in a fresh way and a high level of german graffiti art.

19 Crews from all over Germany, very different results, very different interpretations of the Topic of the Day "Rest in Peace" and fresh "Iz the Wiz" and "Michael Jackson" memorial Walls, Throwups and Sketches. This is Write4Gold Germany 2009. Thanks and big Respect to all crews who came over, exciting event and exciting Day in Halle. At the very end of the contest it was time to release the final Results, it never has been so close even W4G never got 19 crews has been participating at one event. That made the Results very mixed and it all ended up with the following Results
Sad news, we are just shocked as you are probably, another heavy weight has died yesterday and makes the world sad. Michael Jackson is not with us anymore. After these days we would like to release the topic for the event in germany tomorrow one day in advance, for the very first time. We would like to go for "Rest in Peace". Write4Gold Germany 2009 is near, this saturday, June 27th it all goes down in Halle Neustadt, Kaolinstr., 19 Crews from all over Germany compete and Berlin based crew CMD defend their title. If you decide to go there, you are welcome. Please respect the environment of the neighborhood and keep the event away of any trouble. Sooner then expected we got a powerbloggin from Russia for you. The CodeRed Team just went back home straight after an amazing and hot event at the Write4Gold Russia and did a nice little first update on the walls, tups and Tags of the competition. Funk Fanatix placed first bytheway, Truestilo second and AES third, check it all out right here, soon we will come up with some more updates on W4G East Europe and the one we are still at, Russia 09.

We are still on the road but wont miss to announce the results of Write4Gold East Europe 2009 in Budapest last weekend. The Hungarians Finest placed first, the KNPV second and the DKH from Slovakia placed third. All in One it was a perfect event with a mixture of fresh styles and characters, very good throwups and tuff sketches. You can check some pictures over here meanwhile we go put together our gallery!
