the auckland city council refused to let us use our proposed venue as it does not fit in with their anti graffiti policy. we have found a new venue (K rd) which will be much better in the long run. we are working with a good partner in the K Rd Business Association and are looking forward to putting on this event.

AUCKLAND Back from New Zealand! This venue was fantastic, quit new but well organized. The whole K´Road in Auckland was involved in the first edition of Write4Gold New Zealand! The decision of the Jury was pretty fear, long decisions by the judges (Opak from France, Shime from Australia, Akut and Omsk from Germany) about the final results who send to the world finals to represent New Zealand! At least, the TMD Crew got the first Kiwi trophy and represent at the world finals at splash! Festival! No doubt, the quality of the productions was pretty high, RTR, faster as hell (5 hours), burn the whole competition with a great piece! More soon!
