Voltures Paints and Molotow Premium are pleased to announce the very first time for Write4Gold Australia. The Australian selection was very difficult. This is why they have not been announced sooner.Australia has many great crews with many good styles. But after looking at the submissions many, many times the chosen crews will be able to battle it out for Write4Gold Australia. We did not pick because of Old school or New school, but because of the strength of the submissions. We think we have chosen a good selection of crews.
Special guest Soten and Omsk167 will be providing a demo painting on the day. The winners will be representing Australia at the Write4Gold Finals in Europe in summer 2008. It should be a great day.
ooohhh weeee!!! that was a crazy weekend! i had no idea how stressful organising something like this was going to be. i am glad it was so successful.
a big thank you to every body who came down on the day and made this such a successful event! everybody rocked and 99% of you were well behaved. i reckon it was a testament to the graff scene in Australia that we can have such a huge event with so many writers and have so little trouble.
congratulations to all the crews involved! top job just to get that far and to represent in such a crazy environment. all crews did great under the circumstances! mega congrats to the DTS crew for taking it out and KOC for coming so fucking close! it was seriously one of the closest results seen to date. it could have gone either way. also monster congrats to AFP for taking third place. it was great to see some local legends place so well. what a top result! places from Brizzy, Sydney and Melburn!

i think the results on the day were fair and just. i know personal opinion varies on what is the best, but all in all, i reckon the results were top notch. congrats again to the DTEES, it was great to meet you and have a paint with you after the event. do Australia proud boys!!
